  3. I have an incredible amount of respect for anyone who runs.

  12. Cross training and stretching/yoga is crucial to prevent injuries.
  13. Have fun. Don’t think of it has a chore or something you have to do.
  14. Surround yourself with like-minded people. Only other runners will truly understand you and why you run. It’s a community.
  15. Each day is different. One day at a time. Enjoy the journey.
